Hi there! Can we pet your dog?
Historically, the bark of the willow tree was sought for its natural ability to soothe pain and bring balance to the body.

Willow Canine is built on this organic legacy—not as a pharmacy,
but as a philosophy.
Our Story
Our journey began as two dog nerds, a canine behavioralist & nutritionist. Our shared love for dogs blossomed into a life partnership and a mission-driven family business. We dedicate ourselves to continually mastering our craft; holistic dog training & nutrition, and teaching humans psychology methods rooted in deep understanding.
Our specialized protocol, Dog’s Best Friend, is inspired in part from the work we do consulting, training & traveling nationwide to dog teams, families and pets.
Working with such a vast variety of humans, we make many creative solutions that work for both dogs and their families. While adapting to any limited abilities and your unique goals, we create long lasting results in just a few days.
Over several years & training thousands of dogs through a variety of methods, we have found what works best for dogs AND their humans. These experiences helped shape your dog training journey; that’s why our services stay human-centered, shaping your training journey to fit your lifestyle.
Our Philosophy
Willow Canine is a patient-first mobile dog training studio grounded in 3 principles:
1. Safety -
We help owners & families build trust in their dogs.
2. Health -
We use holistic & natural approaches while relying on dogs to guide us.
3. Happiness -
We create symbiotic dog-human relationships and cheerful dogs & families.
We believe that dogs deserve patience, clarity, and consistency for a fair training experience. In exchange our dogs give us their trust, attention & guidance. Much like human children, dogs thrive with deep connection, interaction, clear boundaries & natural consequences. We believe in training for every day life, preparing for the worst, but always hoping for the best. We do not follow one exclusive training style, like tool or food based modalities.
We focus on teaching you how to help your dog make good decisions and regulate their nervous system… and sometimes their owners’ too. You will create a bond that out lasts any treat, toy or tool.
We pair gentle, results-driven methods with a concierge-level client experience; clear guidance, real progress, and zero intimidation. If you're aiming for a well-mannered pup and a peaceful home, we make the journey elegant, simple, and seriously joyful.
Your Team
Jake Sadowski
While Jake was in high school, he worked alongside his parents assisting with their service dog program. Immersed in the dog world, he found and quickly completed an intensive internship. He mastered skills like canine obedience, puppy raising & handling, tracking, trailing, detection and more. Jake and Kelly have been training together in dog homes, facilities, kennels, virtually & in thousands of public settings. Together we have refined highly effective training & teaching methods built for canine success in a human centric world.
Kelly Sadowski
Bringing hurt or lost animals home for TLC was a normal affair for young Kelly. Her roots in canine nutrition began after her young German Shepherd developed chronic health issues. Kelly studied and worked in a holistic pet food store while collaborating alongside Jake providing nutrition consultations. Drawn deeper into the link between nutrition, the nervous system & behavior, Kelly and Jake joined efforts to bridge the knowledge gap between canine professionals and the average pet parent.

“Today’s world was not built for dogs, but for humans.
If we slow down, change our prospective, and seek understanding, their world will change.”
